Why choose Work It?
We believe dancers give their best performance in a positive, uplifting room. That is why every event comes with high energy award ceremonies, beautiful awards, friendly staff, free media and a professional judging panel.
Our goal is to make it an event you will never forget, and to send every dancer home a little more confident than they came.

Meet our founder
Arielle Lask
Arielle Lask is the founder and owner of Work It Dance Challenge. She started dancing at two and competing at six, and she remembers competition days as exciting, and stressful too. She was never the top scoring dancer, and she knew from a young age that she wanted to create her own kind of competition.
Years of teaching in her own studio shaped the one day format. Positivity is at the center of every event: building dancers up, making every dancer feel seen, recreational or advanced, and making sure the joy of dancing stays with them longer than any trophy. That is why every Work It judge is vetted and trained to share those values.
What started as two one day events now includes MEGA events, conventions, Nationals and a Mega Nationals week at Jay Peak.
